the appropriate companies and/or individuals.

change your account to Premier Credit Union.
Send this letter to each of your vendors
to transfer any automatic payments from your old account to your Premier
account. Payment examples include: utilities, day care, fitness clubs, insurance
companies, mortgage, etc.
Use this form to change your direct deposit
from your old account(s) to your new Premier account(s). This may include deposits
for payroll, social security, etc.
